Upstairs in The Shops next to the VBII landing area is a versatile and easy to use photo studio, with many background and pose options for profile or other pics. Feel free to experiment and use up all the film you want. After all it's free...

And still on the subject of profiles, if you're not an English speaker *please* add your language under Interests, it really helps us to know whether we need to use our translators.

The Wetherby's freebies are back in The Shops regularly now, only on Monday, Wednesday and Friday but always worth the wait.

May the Fourth Be With You...Soon

On Sunday, May 1, we'll preview Star Wars Day with a space themed spectacular aboard Avion's death star hovering above the VBII dance floor. Star Wars characters welcome, as are other space themed costumes. As always, be creative if you have time; but most important, just be there.

Last evening at Ella's, a roomful of gorgeous gowns swirled to Avion's delightfully-danceable, somewhat-slower playlist of favorites. When the dust had settled, Best Gown competition resulted in a three-way tie between JoAnn, Qntal and Surfer.

Avion filled in last Monday, but DJ Bea is back from vacation to jump-start your VBII week with eclectica at 9 am SLT.

Topless Tiki Toosday migrates this week to Surf's Up! Tiki Bar.

Swingin' DJ Bea returns from a break with a classic swing set at 6 pm SLT Wednesday at Honeysuckle Rose. Swing era attire or classy casual. Men are welcome at this event only.

 

DJ Surfer's Games Night on Thursdays at 5 pm SLT offers a variety of group or individual activities.

Spring Formal at Ella's

Sunday evening saw us return to Avion's gorgeous Casino Royale set to enjoy a pleasant mix of movie- and casino-themed songs at our tribute to the womanizing superspy James Bond. Bria was voted Best Bond Girl.

Next Sunday we'll return to the elegance of Ella's for our annual Spring Formal.
