Last week on Sunday evening we celebrated St George's Day (England's national day) in the King's Head pub where DJ Avion played music by English artists. The traditional colors of St George in red-and-white, the Union Flag and other forms, and of course a dragon slayer, dominated the clothing worn.

For this week's Celtic Sunrise at 5 am SLT Sunday, DJ Qntal will present the regular end-of-month Love Songs and Lingerie on the Big Bed at Venus Bean. Last week we rose to the occasion in the Lindenberg airship where Qntal played a cool selection of Steamunk music. 

DJ Bea plays an eclectic mix of rock, blues and jazz on Monday mornings at 9 am SLT. This Monday Bea will be "continuing my alphabetical by artist progression - N - O - and a lot of P." Bring your wipes?

DJ Cerydwen continues her journey into the best decades of contemporary music with 80s Night at 5 pm SLT Monday. Lots of favorites, but always something new to discover from the decade that keeps on giving and surprising.

DJ Avion spins tunes old and new, by artists legendary and obscure, when we get beachy for Tiki Toosday at 5 pm SLT. We currently alternate between the VB Pool and Surf's Up, which will be the venue for next Tuesday's event.

DJ Cerydwen presents Hard Rock and Metal Night on Wednesdays at 5 pm SLT, in her latex and leather dungeon. Great music in a perfect setting for an absorbing and compelling genre of music.

This week on Thursday at 5 pm slt, DJ Amber will play a mix of soft rock tunes from the 1970s onwards, covering arguably the best decades of modern music.

On Fridays at 5 pm SLT, DJ Cerydwen presents a different weekly musical theme. This week's theme will be International Workers' Memorial Day - a day of remembrance and action for workers killed, disabled, injured or made unwell by their work - which falls on April 28th, and will be held in the Moulin Rouge with a musical emphasis on 'working girls' .... this is also the suggested form of attire. Last week, Cerydwen recognized World Earth Day, an annual event on April 22nd to demonstrate support for environmental protection.
