Caped Crusaders, Masked Marauders and Silver Surfer

Sunday evening's Superheroes event saw a great variety of costumes in the Batcave, and an equally wide spread of voting that resulted in a three-way tie between Cheryl, JoAnn and Shy. No Biff! Bam! Kapow! was in evidence, and a cheerful and lively evening set to heroic music ensued.

Next Sunday will be a Grimm business, as we dress up as our Favorite Fairytale Characters for a party in the Venus Beach Public Library.

DJ Surfer hosts Games Night each Thursday in the Amusement Park; only a small attendance this week, but that had the advantage of more games played than usual. Swings and roundabouts in more than one sense.

Topless Tiki Toosday was held in the original Tiki Bar this week .... not that you'd know, I forgot to
take pics :(

DJ Bea started our week. at 9am SLT Monday with a wonderful 15 party-goers.

The Crocodile Rocked...and So Did We

Avion fashioned new logo ball caps and played two hours of rockabilly and country last evening. We slogged through the swamp, warily tiptoed past the official greeter, and voted Subus the Best Redneck at Rednekkid Bar and Still. 

Cue the dramatic theme music: next Sunday we'll be in the Bat Cave but there'll be costumes from all manner of television, movies and comics for our Superheroes event.
