Next Sunday at 4 pm SLT is the "costumiest" of all as we kick off Halloween week with our annual Halloween Party and its quest for Best Halloween Costume. Unsolicited endorsement for which no product-placement fee was received (dammit): incredible hour- long Haunted House visit to a dozen or so fun interactive horror-movie sets that even a fraidy cat like me enjoyed. On Sunday evening, Subus captured Best in Denim honors in split voting as DJ Bea played two hours of blues for a bevy of denim-clad damsels in the Venus Beach Blues Club.

This week Topless Tiki Toosday will venture into the cave for colorful Neon Palms.

Swingin' DJ Bea hosts Wednesday's 6 pm SLT event at Honeysuckle Rose. It's VBII's only coed event. Swing era attire or classy casual, please.
