India's Iconic Taj Mahal

Our featured event of the week at 4 pm SLT Sunday takes us to India: land of Kashmir and silks, Gandhi and Bollywood, cricket and zero (Indians invented zero, without which science would have stopped before it got going), Kashmir and cashmere. And, of course, the iconic Taj Mahal, where DJ Avion will provide the music for our dancing pleasure.

Road Trip! Our annual foray to get our kicks on Route 66 once again stopped at Last Chance Toxico Desert Gas Station & Bikini Car Wash Sunday evening. We danced (and dodged the mouse) to a delightful of cleverly-themely tunes from DJ Avion.

Acoustic Sunrise at 5 am Sunday puts a twist on its monthly visit to Ella's when DJ Suzi presents Broadway Showtunes. The customary lingerie is fine, as is cabaret attire, and so is whatever you happen to be wearing. 

With Part 1 of the British Invasion, Suzi's Sunday morning set a new VB II single event attendance record for the third time in four weeks.

DJ Bea plays an eclectic mix of rock, blues, and jazz every Monday at 9 am SLT. This week, says Bea, "I recently bought some new (old) music, so I am gonna inflict that on you - along with twofers and other goodies."

DJ JoAnn continues her music journey through the best decades of contemporary music with '80s Night at 5 pm SLT Monday. As usual tons of memorable tunes, plus a few that are likely to be new to you.

DJ Avion spins tunes old and new by artists legendary and obscure when we gather for Tiki Toosday at 5 pm SLT at a variety of locations on the two VB II sims. This week we'll venture west of the main dance floor to Surf's Up! Tiki Bar. 

DJ JoAnn presents Symphonic and Goth Metal at 5 pm SLT  Wednesday in Madam Lash's House of Pleasure and Pain. Goth attire is entirely optional.

DJ Surfer provides the music for Games Night at 5 pm SLT Thursday. On Games Night or any other time, the Games Room, Amusement Park, and nearby airfield and race track offer endless activities for individuals, couples, and groups.

Fridays at 5 pm SLT DJ JoAnn spins a musical theme that often takes place in one of Avion's clever venues. This week it's Flowers Part 2.
