For this week's Sunday evening event at 4 pm SLT we return to the period Malt Shop where DJ Bea will play a selection of rock'n'roll oldies. Haul those bobby-sox and poodle skirts out of inventory, or find something equally fifties.

Last week on Sunday evening we took a riverboat trip to the deep south for a genteel dance party, with music provided by DJ Avion. Many of our guests rose to the occasion with wonderful Southern belle gowns.

Sadly, there will be no Celtic Sunrise this week, but regular transmission will resume the following week. Last week, DJ Qntal presented "Libations" - a fun set of drinking, smoking and coffee themed songs - in the Irish pub. 

DJ Bea plays an eclectic mix of rock, blues and jazz on Monday mornings at 9 am SLT. This Monday, Bea says "I missed the anniversary of Janis Joplin's death last week - so a tribute, plus other stuff."

DJ Cerydwen continues her journey into the best decades of contemporary music with 80s Night at 5 pm SLT Monday. Always lots of favorites, as well as music you've rarely or never heard before.

DJ Avion spins tunes old and new, by artists legendary and obscure, when we get beachy for Tiki Toosday at 5 pm SLT. We currently alternate between the VB Pool and Surf's Up, which will be the venue for next Tuesday's event.

DJ Cerydwen presents Symphonic and Goth metal on Wednesdays at 5 pm SLT, in her latex and leather dungeon. Great music in a perfect setting for an oft-overlooked but compelling genre of music.

On Fridays at 5 pm SLT, DJ Cerydwen plays a musical theme that often takes place in one of the special venues. This week, Cerydwen will present music on the topic of food to mark World Food Day, honored every October 16th to mark the founding of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations in 1945.  Suggestions for attire are anything food-related, wear it, prepare it, serve it or be it.  Last week we teleported up to the Death Star for World Space Week, where Cerydwen played a selection of spaced-out tunes in celebration.
