Bea's This Week in VB II
Last week on Sunday evening at 4 pm, DJ Avion spun a selection of tittivating tunes for our first wet t-shirt event in 12 years. Many guests stepped transpicuously up to the mark, while others bared it all!
For this week's Celtic Sunrise at 5 am SLT Sunday, DJ Qntal will present the regular end-of-month Love Songs and Lingerie on the Big Bed at Venus Bean. Last week Qntal played an excellent selection of music covering the 1950s to 1970s.
DJ Bea plays an eclectic mix of rock, blues and jazz on Monday mornings at 9 am SLT. This Monday Bea says "... got a couple of new albums, so we have a very bluesy thing on."
DJ Cerydwen continues her journey into the best decades of contemporary music with 80s Night at 5 pm SLT Monday. Lots of favorites, but always something new to discover from the decade that keeps on giving.
DJ Avion spins tunes old and new, by artists legendary and obscure, when we get beachy for Tiki Toosday at 5 pm SLT. We currently alternate between Surf's Up and the VB Pool, which will be the venue for next Tuesday's event.
DJ Cerydwen presents Metal Night on Wednesdays at 5 pm SLT, in her latex and leather dungeon. Great music in a perfect setting for an absorbing and compelling genre of music.
This week on Thursday at 5 pm slt, DJ Sara continues to play a great mix of rock tunes from the 1970s onwards, covering arguably the best decades of modern music.
On Fridays at 5 pm SLT, DJ Cerydwen presents a different weekly musical theme. This week's theme is International Day of Friendship, a day to appreciate and promote friendships from all backgrounds. Suggested attire .... umm, something friendly? Last week, we went somewhat monochrome while Cerydwen played songs with black, white or both in the title.
