Bea Rocks The Malt Shop

For this week's Sunday evening event at 4 pm SLT we return to the period Malt Shop where DJ Bea will play a selection of rock'n'roll tunes. Haul those bobby-sox and poodle skirts out of inventory, or find something equally fifties.

Last Sunday we went themeless where DJ Avion provided music about nothing, zero, don't care. Guests were invited to wear whatever they liked - some took "nothing" to the extreme!

DJ Qntal will be taking a break from her 5 am SLT Sunday Celtic Sunrise event for the duration of the northern summer - with the exception of the end-of-month Love Songs and Lingerie - but may return to a full schedule in the fall. Watch for notices!

DJ Cerydwen continues her journey into the best decades of contemporary music with 80s Night at 5 pm SLT Monday. Lots of favorites, but always something new to discover from the decade that keeps on giving and surprising.

DJ Avion spins tunes old and new, by artists legendary and obscure, when we get beachy for Tiki Toosday at 5 pm SLT. We currently alternate between the VB Pool and Surf's Up, which will be the venue for next Tuesday's event.

DJ Cerydwen presents Hard Rock and Metal Night on Wednesdays at 5 pm SLT, in her updated latex and leather dungeon. Great music in a perfect setting for an absorbing and compelling genre of music.

On Fridays at 5 pm SLT, DJ Cerydwen presents a different weekly musical theme. This week Cerydwen will present part 2 of "Night", when she will give us tunes relating to night-time, darkness and all shades of black. Topical attire could include dark colors, anything that goes bump in the night, or bright colors just to be different! Last week Cerydwen presented music from that excellent decade of music, the 1970s, in the newly-built Studio 54 venue.
