As we head towards our fourteenth and possibly last anniversary in 2025 I would like to take this opportunity to thank our members and guests for your support during the year, and in particular the officers and DJs who have done so much to keep Venus Beach II a lively and welcoming place. Happy New Year to you all!
This Sunday at 4 pm SLT we continue with our traditional New Year Toga party, which has been run every year since 2010. Theme dress would include togas, silks, or anything ancient-worldly or new-yearly.

Last Sunday evening the Northern Hemispherians escaped the cold and snow for two hours with a downunder tropical Christmas party, where DJ Avion played a mix of Christmas and other rocking tunes.
DJ Cerydwen continues her journey into the best decades of contemporary music with 80s Night at 5 pm SLT Monday. Lots of favorites, but always something new to discover from the decade that keeps on giving and surprising.
DJ Avion spins tunes old and new, by artists legendary and obscure, when we get beachy for Tiki Toosday at 5 pm SLT. We currently alternate between Surf's Up and the VB Pool, which will be the venue for next Tuesday's event.
DJ Cerydwen presents Hard Rock and Metal Night on Wednesdays at 5 pm SLT, in her latex and leather dungeon. Great music in a perfect setting for an absorbing and compelling genre of music.
