We start our week on Monday at 5pm SLT with DJ Cerydwen's 80s Night, lots of favorites but always full of surprises with songs rarely or never heard before.
On Tuesday at 5pm SLT DJ Avion spins tunes old and new, by artists legendary and obscure, when we get beachy for Tiki Toosday. We currently alternate between Surf's Up and the VB Pool, which will be the venue for next Tuesday's event.
DJ Cerydwen presents Hard Rock and Metal Night on Wednesdays at 5 pm SLT, in her latex and leather dungeon. Great music in a perfect setting for an absorbing and compelling genre of music.
Our last two events for the week are both theme parties:
On Fridays at 5pm SLT, DJ Cerydwen presents a different musical theme. This week Cerydwen will play glam rock tunes in tribute to the "hair bands" of the 1980s - dress suggestions include flashy outfits and of course big/wild/silly hair. Last week Cerydwen played music about Numbers, with a great set of tunes on a numerical theme.
Embrace your inner child next Sunday at 4 pm when we gather at the Venus Beach Public Library for Fairy Tales, with theme music from DJ Avion. Dress suggestions include your favorite fairy tale or cartoon character. Last Sunday evening DJ Avion played a mix of modern and traditional music by Irish artists in celebration of St Patrick's Day, in the environs of O'Reilly's pub. Guests dressed for the mood with a wonderful array of Irishness!
