VB II Winter Festival

Avion takes us to her newest build, Venus Freeze, for Sunday's 4 pm SLT Winter Festival at the midpoint of the 2018 Winter Olympics. If you haven't visited Venus Freeze, here's a blog piece about it with a slurl to get you there. Too cold? There are a number of ways to stay warm in VB II's permanent winter - cosy fires, sporting activities and of course cuddles, even Eskimo nose kisses.

Our early Valentine's Day celebration brought loving couples and admirers of the spirit of the day to Avion's unique gazebo Sunday evening. Danceable love songs and varied chat highlighted an evening that concluded with a group hug.

DJ Suzi returns Acoustic Sunrise to its acoustic roots this week after feeding us a mixed genre of anti-Valentine music yesterday as she returned from a sabbatical. Join us at Venus Bean at 5 am Sunday. There'll be coffee and donuts available, possibly Lady Doritos, too.

DJ Bea plays an eclectic mix of classic rock, blues, and jazz every Monday at 9 am SLT. This week, says Bea: "heavy on the blues - good dose of jazz, too - and not swing." Got that? If so, join us. If not, join us and find out what that meant.

DJ JoAnn plays music from the incomparable '80s at 5 pm SLT Mondays. Tons of memorable hits, and always a few that are likely to be new to you.

New Kit On The Block ... Shelly's Lord Neko

DJ Avion spins tunes old and new on Tiki Toosday, 5 pm SLT, at a variety of tropical locations on the VB II sims. This week we'll be in the VB II Swimming Pool.

DJ JoAnn plays symphonic and goth metal when we gather at Madam Lash's House of Pleasure and Pain each Wednesday at 5 pm SLT.

DJ Surfer provides the music when we get together for Games Night, Thursdays at 5 pm SLT. During Games Night, or any other time, the Amusement Park, Games Room and nearby airfield and racetrack provide endless activities and fun.

DJ JoAnn reprises her popular Covers theme this Friday at 5 pm SLT. She plays a popular song that turns out to be a cover, and we try to guess the original recording artist. Often futile, but great fun. Terrific music, too.
