St George's Day

The King's Head British pub is the venue for this week's event at 4 pm SLT Sunday, where DJ Avion will play music by modern English artists to celebrate St George's Day which is seen as the national day of England. No dragons will be harmed during the night!

Last week on Sunday evening DJ Bea rocked our bobbysocks off in the VB Milk Bar with a mix of pre-1965 American rock'n'roll tunes. Guests dressed for the occasion in a variety of period attire.

Ceremonia and Nai enjoyed the music while relaxing on the hilltop.

For this week's Celtic Sunrise at 5 am SLT, DJ Shelly will play Celtic and romantic in the newly-built medieval castle. Last week DJ Qntal presented Arabian and medieval music in the Arabian Nights venue.

DJ Bea plays an eclectic set of rock, blues and jazz on Monday mornings at 9 am SLT. This Monday Bea will play "lots of Motown - some twofers - and a nod to Earth Day."

DJ JoAnn continues her journey into the best decades of contemporary music with 80s Night at 5 pm SLT Monday. Always lots of favorites, as well as music you've rarely or never heard before.

DJ Avion spins tunes old and new, by artists legendary and obscure, when we gather for Tiki Toosday at 5 pm SLT. We currently alternate between the Surf's Up and the VB Pool, which will be the location of next Tuesday's event.

DJ JoAnn presents Symphonic and Goth metal on Wednesdays at 5 pm SLT  in her latex and leather dungeon. Great music in a perfect setting for an oft-overlooked but compelling genre of music.

On Fridays at 5 pm SLT, DJ JoAnn plays a musical theme that often takes place in one of the special venues. This week's theme will be Colors featuring music mentioning a variety of hues, while guests are invited to pick attire from the rainbow.   Last week, JoAnn presented part two  of the numbers theme with music relating to all things numeric.
