Triple Treat Birthday Celebrations

This week's Sunday evening event at 4 pm SLT is a triple celebration - Canada Day, Independence Day and Venus Beach II's ninth birthday. Suggested dress might be national attire or VB II garb, while birthday suits are always welcome!

Last Sunday evening we attended a Party Dresses event in Ella's, where guests wore a stunning array of elegance while dancing to soft rock by DJ Avion.

For this week's Celtic Sunrise at 5 am SLT, DJ Shelly will play Celtic and romantic music in the medieval castle. Last week DJ Qntal presented the regular end-of-month Love Songs and Lingerie event on the Big Bed in Venus Bean.

DJ Bea plays an eclectic set of rock, blues and jazz on Monday mornings at 9 am SLT. This Monday Bea will play "a cross-genre throw something at the play list and see what sticks set."

DJ JoAnn continues her journey into the best decades of contemporary music with 80s Night at 5 pm SLT Monday. Always lots of favorites, as well as music you've rarely or never heard before.

DJ Avion spins tunes old and new, by artists legendary and obscure, when we gather for Tiki Toosday at 5 pm SLT. We currently alternate between Surf's Up and the VB Pool, which will be the location of next Tuesday's event.

DJ JoAnn presents Symphonic and Goth metal on Wednesdays at 5 pm SLT  in her latex and leather dungeon. Great music in a perfect setting for an oft-overlooked but compelling genre of music.

Fridays at 5 pm SLT DJ JoAnn plays a musical theme that often takes place in one of the special venues. This week's theme and venue are still to be determined, so let's call it Magical Mystery Tour for the time being! Last week we ascended to the clouds for Gods and Goddesses ... with a demoness thrown in for good measure.
