Last Sunday evening we danced to the beat of the big bands in the period Honeysuckle Rose venue for a varied set of swing musics from DJ Bea. A power failure made for a late start, so DJ JoAnn stepped in with a swinging set of early rock tunes.

For this week's Celtic Sunrise at 5 am SLT, DJ Qntal will present the regular end-of-month Love Songs and Lingerie event on the Big Bed in Venus Bean. Last week DJ Shelly presented Celtic and romantic music with a selection of lovely tunes in the Venus Bean coffee lounge.

DJ Bea plays an eclectic set of rock, blues and jazz on Monday mornings at 9 am SLT. This Monday Bea will play "a sorta mish mash with a couple of new albums to liven it up."

DJ JoAnn continues her journey into the best decades of contemporary music with 80s Night at 5 pm SLT Monday. Always lots of favorites, as well as music you've rarely or never heard before.

DJ Avion spins tunes old and new, by artists legendary and obscure, when we gather for Tiki Toosday at 5 pm SLT. We currently alternate between the VB Pool and Surf's Up, which will be the location of next Tuesday's event.

DJ JoAnn presents Symphonic and Goth metal on Wednesdays at 5 pm SLT  in her latex and leather dungeon. Great music in a perfect setting for an oft-overlooked but compelling genre of music.

Fridays at 5 pm SLT DJ JoAnn plays a musical theme that often takes place in one of the special venues. This week's theme is Gods and Goddesses in the heavenly clouds venue. Last week we visited the VenusHenge festival site for Litha, a celebration of the northern summer.
