For this week's Sunday evening event at 4 pm SLT we brave the fog and denizens of the Venus Beach Graveyard for a spooktastic night celebrating All Hallow's Eve, where DJ Avion will play Halloween-themed music. Be fun, be scary, or just be you.
Bea's This Week in VB II
Last Sunday evening at 4 pm SLT we donned formal or smart casual attire to suit the stylish environs of Ella's, where guests wore a wonderful array of elegance while dancing to softer music by DJ Avion.
For this week's Celtic Sunrise at 5 am SLT Sunday, DJ Qntal will present the regular end-of-month Love Songs and Lingerie on the Big Bed at Venus Bean. No event was held last week.
DJ Bea plays an eclectic mix of rock, blues and jazz on Monday mornings at 9 am SLT. This Monday Bea says "... another dose of Bea Miscellania - several Melissa Etheridge tunes, but otherwise pretty random."
DJ Cerydwen continues her journey into the best decades of contemporary music with 80s Night at 5 pm SLT Monday. Lots of favorites, but always something new to discover from the decade that keeps on giving and surprising.
DJ Avion spins tunes old and new, by artists legendary and obscure, when we get beachy for Tiki Toosday at 5 pm SLT. We currently alternate between the VB Pool and Surf's Up, which will be the venue for next Tuesday's event.
DJ Cerydwen presents Metal Night on Wednesdays at 5 pm SLT, in her latex and leather dungeon. Great music in a perfect setting for an absorbing and compelling genre of music.
This week on Thursday at 5 pm slt, DJ Sara continues to play a great mix of rock tunes from the 1970s onwards, covering arguably the best decades of modern music.
On Fridays at 5 pm SLT, DJ Cerydwen presents a different weekly musical theme. This week, Cerydwen will present Lesbian Love Songs, with romantic music by women about women. Last week saw us in the bipolar Heaven & Hell venue, where Cerydwen gave us Angels & Demons featuring music covering both extremes .... the majority of guests' costume choices was firmly on the dark side!
