This week we dance to the beat of the big bands on Sunday at 4 pm SLT when DJ Bea presents classic swing artists in the Honeysuckle Rose venue. Attire may be swing era, 1930s/40s, deco or just classy, but don't forget your dancing shoes!
Last Sunday evening DJ Avion slowed the tempo a little with soft rock suitable for a formal evening in the elegant environs of Ella's. Guests looked wonderful in a dazzling array of evening-wear.
For this week's Celtic Sunrise at 5 am SLT Sunday, DJ Qntal will present a Winter Yule celebration, with winter and Christmas themed music. Last week Qntal played a fine selection of music about traveling as well as some winter theme songs.
DJ Bea plays an eclectic mix of rock, blues and jazz on Monday mornings at 9 am SLT. This Monday Bea will play "The first of two sets about the new music I got this year. Most of this set is songs that I finally purchased, as opposed to relying on downloads."
DJ Cerydwen continues her journey into the best decades of contemporary music with 80s Night at 5 pm SLT Monday. Lots of favorites, but always something new to discover from the decade that keeps on giving and surprising.
DJ Avion spins tunes old and new, by artists legendary and obscure, when we get beachy for Tiki Toosday at 5 pm SLT. We currently alternate between Surf's Up and the VB Pool, which will be the venue for next Tuesday's event.
DJ Cerydwen presents Metal Night on Wednesdays at 5 pm SLT, in her latex and leather dungeon. Great music in a perfect setting for an absorbing and compelling genre of music.
This week on Thursday at 5 pm slt, DJ Sara continues to play a great mix of rock tunes from the 1970s onwards, covering arguably the best decades of modern music. Last week, DJ Avion took over the stream in Sara's absence.
