Last Sunday evening we went to center ring in the new Circus Maximoose, where the animals were in charge and the human audience behind bars. DJ Avion had internet issues so DJ Cerydwen kindly took over providing a mix of circus-related music on the fly. Kudos!
For this week's Celtic Sunrise at 5 am SLT Sunday, DJ Qntal will play music about traveling as well as some winter theme songs. Last week Qntal presented music from the 1980s, featuring some of her favorites and some this blogger had not heard before.
DJ Bea plays an eclectic mix of rock, blues and jazz on Monday mornings at 9 am SLT. This Monday Bea will play "Two distinct groups of songs with each group having the same word in the title".
DJ Cerydwen continues her journey into the best decades of contemporary music with 80s Night at 5 pm SLT Monday. Lots of favorites, but always something new to discover from the decade that keeps on giving and surprising.
DJ Avion spins tunes old and new, by artists legendary and obscure, when we get beachy for Tiki Toosday at 5 pm SLT. We currently alternate between the VB Pool and Surf's Up, which will be the venue for next Tuesday's event.
DJ Cerydwen presents Metal Night on Wednesdays at 5 pm SLT, in her latex and leather dungeon. Great music in a perfect setting for an absorbing and compelling genre of music.
This week on Thursday at 5 pm slt, DJ Sara continues to play a great mix of rock tunes from the 1970s onwards, covering arguably the best decades of modern music.
