This week's Sunday evening event at 4 pm SLT will see just how bare you dare to get! DJ Avion will play appropriate music at the tropical Hawaiian venue while we display our asse(t)s.
Bea's This Week in VB II
Last Sunday evening we danced to a lively mix of classic swing tunes presented by DJ Bea, with a focus on drinking and harder stuff, in the Honeysuckle Rose venue. Swing era attire with a 1930s/40s look was in evidence for many of the guests.
For this week's Celtic Sunrise at 5 am SLT, DJ Qntal will return to her roots with a round of Celtic music. Last week, Qntal played a cool selection of cat-themed music in the giant litter-box.
DJ Bea plays an eclectic mix of rock, blues and jazz on Monday mornings at 9 am SLT. This Monday, Bea says "It's summer, so let's have a beach party!"
DJ Cerydwen continues her journey into the best decades of contemporary music with 80s Night at 5 pm SLT Monday. Lots of favorites, but always something new to discover from the decade that keeps on giving.
DJ Avion spins tunes old and new, by artists legendary and obscure, when we get beachy for Tiki Toosday at 5 pm SLT. We currently alternate between Surf's Up and the VB Pool, which will be the venue for next Tuesday's event.
DJ Cerydwen presents Symphonic and Goth metal on Wednesdays at 5 pm SLT, in her latex and leather dungeon. Great music in a perfect setting for an absorbing and compelling genre of music.
This week on Thursday at 5 pm slt, DJ Sara continues to play a great mix of rock tunes from the 1970s onwards, covering arguably the best decades of modern music.
On Fridays at 5 pm SLT, DJ Cerydwen presents a different weekly musical theme. This week's theme is Parodies, music designed to make fun of an original song. Last week, hell froze over long enough for us to choose costumery appropriate to a Fire & Ice topic.
