This week's Sunday evening event at 4 pm SLT is Party Dresses at Ella's. Think quiet elegance with formal or classy casual attire to match the environs of Ella's and the slower-tempo music by DJ Avion.
Bea's This Week in VB II
Our Bare As You Dare event saw many take up the challenge, with costumes even skimpier than usual as we danced and chatted to themely music.
For this week's Celtic Sunrise at 5 am SLT Sunday, DJ Qntal will not be available but will be back on the following Sunday. Last week, Qntal returnd to her roots with a round of lively Celtic music on the fantasy Sunrise set.
DJ Bea plays an eclectic mix of rock, blues and jazz on Monday mornings at 9 am SLT. This Monday Bea will not be available, but normal transmission will resume next week.
DJ Cerydwen continues her journey into the best decades of contemporary music with 80s Night at 5 pm SLT Monday. Lots of favorites, but always something new to discover from the decade that keeps on giving.
DJ Avion spins tunes old and new, by artists legendary and obscure, when we get beachy for Tiki Toosday at 5 pm SLT. We currently alternate between the VB Pool and Surf's Up, which will be the venue for next Tuesday's event.
DJ Cerydwen presents Symphonic and Goth metal on Wednesdays at 5 pm SLT, in her latex and leather dungeon. Great music in a perfect setting for an absorbing and compelling genre of music.
This week on Thursday at 5 pm slt, DJ Sara continues to play a great mix of rock tunes from the 1970s onwards, covering arguably the best decades of modern music.
On Fridays at 5 pm SLT, DJ Cerydwen presents a different weekly musical theme. This week we don our leotards and capes, or something darker, for Heroes and Villains in the (sshh, Secret!) Batcave. Last week we enjoyed a selection of fun songs when Cerydwen presented Parodies, with Weird Al Yankovic featuring large.
