Last week on Sunday evening at 4 pm, we risked assimilation when we ventured into the Borg cube .... but thankfully the Collective had no interest and allowed us to party on and commit borgery in a wonderful array of costumery, to the tunes of DJ Avion.

For this week's Celtic Sunrise at 5 am SLT Sunday, DJ Qntal will play music by Australian and New Zealand artists. Last week, Qntal presented an excellent selection of rock'n Celtic music.

DJ Bea plays an eclectic mix of rock, blues and jazz on Monday mornings at 9 am SLT. This week Bea is out of town and may not be back in time for her Monday set - watch for notices!

DJ Cerydwen continues her journey into the best decades of contemporary music with 80s Night at 5 pm SLT Monday. Lots of favorites, but always something new to discover from the decade that keeps on giving.

DJ Avion spins tunes old and new, by artists legendary and obscure, when we get beachy for Tiki Toosday at 5 pm SLT. We currently alternate between the VB Pool ande Surf's Up, which will be the venue for next Tuesday's event.

DJ Cerydwen presents Metal Night on Wednesdays at 5 pm SLT, in her latex and leather dungeon. Great music in a perfect setting for an absorbing and compelling genre of music.

This week on Thursday at 5 pm slt, DJ Sara continues to play a great mix of rock tunes from the 1970s onwards, covering arguably the best decades of modern music.

On Fridays at 5 pm SLT, DJ Cerydwen presents a different weekly musical theme. This week Cerydwen presents partn2 of :Numbers" with music relating to integers, ordinals and numerals ... and if we're lucky, fractions! Last week, Cerydwen observed International Literacy Day, a UNESCO initiative to highlight the importance of literacy to individuals, with a selection of music relating to reading and writing - held of course in the Venus Beach Public Library.
