Last Sunday we entered the way-back machine and celebrated the new year in a way that the ancient Romans surely didn't. Music about the passage of time was accompanied an array of appropriate costumes, parts of which succumbed to age and crumbled to dust as the evening progressed.
For this week's Celtic Sunrise at 5 am SLT Sunday, DJ Qntal will play a mix of country and folk music in the VB Barn. Last week Qntal presented a deferred Love Songs & Lingerie on the Big Bed at Venus Bean.
DJ Bea plays an eclectic mix of rock, blues and jazz on Monday mornings at 9 am SLT. This Monday Bea will play " ... part 2 of my review of new music purchased by me in 2022. It's rather bluesy."
DJ Cerydwen continues her journey into the best decades of contemporary music with 80s Night at 5 pm SLT Monday. Lots of favorites, but always something new to discover from the decade that keeps on giving and surprising.
DJ Avion spins tunes old and new, by artists legendary and obscure, when we get beachy for Tiki Toosday at 5 pm SLT. We currently alternate between the VB Pool and Surf's Up, which will be the venue for next Tuesday's event.
DJ Cerydwen presents Hard Rock and Metal Night on Wednesdays at 5 pm SLT, in her latex and leather dungeon. Great music in a perfect setting for an absorbing and compelling genre of music.
This week on Thursday at 5 pm slt, DJ Sara may play a mix of rock tunes from the 1970s onwards, covering arguably the best decades of modern music - watch for notices. DJ Cerydwen took over the stream last week, in Sara's absence.
