Think Robinson Crusoe, the Castaway movie, Gilligan’s Island (but with a better radio than one made of bamboo) and that’s our theme for this Sunday at 4 pm SLT, shipwrecked on a deserted island. DJ Avion will be spinning more or less themey tunes, and suggested dress is ragged clothing or anything appropriate to being shipwrecked.
Last week on Sunday evening at 4 pm SLT, DJ Avion played music by Australian performers to mark Australia's national day on January 26th, with a sausage sizzle against the background of Uluru (the big red rock in the middle of the country). Many guests dressed in Australian summery attire to add to the ambience of the occasion.
For this week's Celtic Sunrise at 5 am SLT, DJ Qntal will will present the regular end-of-month Love Songs and Lingerie on the Big Bed at Venus Bean. Last week, Qntal played a great selection of music to the Planes, Trains and Automobiles theme.

DJ Avion spins tunes old and new, by artists legendary and obscure, when we get beachy for Tiki Toosday at 5 pm SLT. We currently alternate between Surf's Up and the VB Pool, which will be the venue for next Tuesday's event.
