Saturdays @ The Beach

Come down and party hard at Venus Beach II this Saturday! At 8am we have DJ Avion for our normal Saturday Morning slot, she'll be rocking the beach with her unique blend of beats for your pleasure and enjoyment... If you ask her nicely she may even do requests..!


Later on at 5pm we'll have the fourth week of our Saturday evening events... At the time of writing I can't remember if Bea or Avion are doing it, but whoever is doing it, it should be a great night... 


Don't miss out, come along and party hard, and if your like me and in Australia, our daylight savings ends, which means we get an extra hour to do just that!!!

Did you know you can live @ VBII

Thats right, we have rentals at Venus Beach II.... we have a number of boutique rentals, with elevated sea views available, ideal if you need somewhere to call home, rezz and change! . Charged at an amazing $L130 a week for 50 prim, we have more prim available, (subject to our own sim requirements, and how many of our units we have occupied) for a higher rental fee. Contact an Archangel or Goddess for more info, don't miss out!!

Ever been over the land bridge, or up in the hills @ VBII? ~ Part 3

Hi Ladies


Here I am for our last look at the community beyond the dancefloor... and what we call 'Venus Gardens' ... last time we took a look around the woods, and our little quiet corners, today, as promised, we venture up to the hillside :-)

This first pic is the view up from the woods, the path gently ascends from the woods, with a few places to rest.... don't rush, or your miss one of our favourite hiding spots :-) This looks great on 'Sunset' .

Once at the top of the hill, our path follows a course along the top of the mountain, find a romantic spot to dance at our rotunda, a hand glider, tents, swings, meditation poses, rugs, benches, to name but a few highlights :-) You also get a great view of the lagoon!

At the final corner we reach another little cottage, this one is very well furnished, and will keep you busy for a while....look carefully close by and you'll find another secret surprise... Follow the path onward from here, and you'll find a old wooden weather tower, a campfire, and meditation poses, which mark the highest land point at Venus Beach II 


Enjoy all we have to offer, and remember, the dance floor is but a tiny bit of what we have to offer... many hours of hard work have gone into creating these sims for you to enjoy....

The weekends are extendable at Venus Beach II, did you know?

At Venus Beach II, Mondays are an excuse to party on! Come down at 9am SLT, for Bea's Monday Melodies, and as always, she'll spin her awesome electric mix of tunes, and come as you are girls!! You know the drill!

Did you know we have an event on Saturday nights now? This proves it! ...

We had a great turnout for our third Saturday night event @ the beach! .. naked seems to have been the preferred attire by some, but of course, we all come as we are!
DJ Bea spun some great tunes, and we also had some newcomers, so a special welcome to you guys! Tell your friends about the community you've found!

Ever been over the land bridge, or up in the hills @ VBII? - Part 2

G'day


Here we are again with our second peep at our second sim... 

Here we have one of our many 'free for all' houses. You'll find this little hut tucked away in a secluded corner of the Venus Gardens Sim. The house, of course, has the normal luxuries...! Outside, find a dance ball with tones of dances loaded, and there's a swing seat to chill on too...Looks great on sunset mode -)

Close by is our 'Venus Woods' an area of outstanding beauty, thick secluded woodlands, with cuddle poses, rugs, special tree stumps, wildlife, and lots more... Go through the woods and choose a path to the left, up to the hillside, or right to carry around into the meadows and our lookout tower...

Here is a great place to contenplate... near Bea's beach, a grassy flower meadows, with horses and deer, be lost in the absence and solitude...If you have hay-feaver, take a tissue, the sunflowers give off a fair amount of pollen! 


Join me soon for our third look at Venus Gardens, i'll be ditching my heels, putting on some walking shoes, and heading up the mountainside!

Belated Paddy's day party pics :-))

We had a great -albeit - belated, St Patricks' Day bash at Venus Beach II :-) I wasn't able to make it, but Avion got her camera out (what a great multi tasker she is!! ) and took some great snaps of the event in all it's glory.... Enjoy :-)

Busy Day at the Beach!

Thursdays are busy at VBII!!
Join us at 9am with DJ Bea, she'll be spinning her normal electric mix of goodies... what do you think of her or anyone elses' style?? Let us know, even if you have any requests.... If we get a good crowd, she may even stay on past 11am!!!
After we take a few hours to catch our breath we'll be back for DJ Surfer at 5pm, who will be keeping Bea's spot warm! Party into the night with yet another great mix...the theme, I'm told, will have a 'Beatles'  so keep an eye on the group notices...who knows, we may have a 60's clothes theme!!!

Ever been over the land bridge, or up in the hills @ VBII? - Part 1

Want somewhere to escape to? By yourself our with a special someone? Want to know you won't across any men?... well..

Visit Our second sim, Venus Gardens, and in the centre of it, your likely to come across our corn field, as you can see above. As you walk across it, you'll come across our very own girly scarecrow, a couple swing, and a old weatherboard hut, with a cosy fire and double bed, as well as a few hidden poses!  Don't forget, our three homes are open for anyone to visit.. Enjoy the wilderness of this special area..

Close by to the corn field, you'll find what we call 'Bea's Beach' as it's designed by one of our Archangels, Bea. Based on a 'Great Lakes' shore, you'll find a cosy tent, with poses, a fireplace, cuddle rugs and a little boat ramp... take the path near the the shore to take you to the woods, corn field, back to the main beach, or up to the mountain :-))

Yep, Ladies, it's Tuesday again, that means one thing at the beach, doesn't it??? Tiki Tooesday!!!, or flagship event!  Be there from 4pm SLT today, or miss out!!

This afternoon at 4pm DJ Avion will be hosting our Irish St Pat's (belated) party!! It's gonna be a great Caric! we'll have as much Irish music  as we can (if Avi's internet connection speeds up!!), we have a comp, maybe a cash prize, - of course, the prize will be BEST IN GREEN!....and, all in a IRISH PUB! So come along!

Before that at 8am, stay up for (or get up early) for our Sunday morning dance party, we'll spin some great tunes, and get you in the mood for our celebrations this evening..

This Weekend at the Beach!!

This weekend is going to be a busy one at the beach...
We kick off on Saturday, bright and early at 8am with DJ Avion spinning her tunes to get the weekend off to a flying start, and then, at 5pm DJ Avion continues her double stint with yet another dance party..come support her, offer her an energy drink, keep her entertained!
Do you think Avion will be bored by Sunday? or even tired? No! we have two more parties to keep you going, at 8am, and again at 4pm till late... four chances, no excuse to miss out!

WHATS ON TODAY, LADIES???!!

WELL! I CAN TELL YOU!


at 9am we start the day with the awesome DJ Bea, who tells me she's pumped - an excited Bea makes for a good event, sometimes with some unexpected outcomes!!
If that wasn't enough, at 5pm, DJ Surfer will be along with a Toga Party!! I'm pretty certain there will be a prize, so come along and join in at the beach...
come alone, bring friends, but DONT miss out!! :-)))

Missed out on some of the fun over the last seven months??? Well then, here's a quick recap in pictorial form!

Here is the awesome 'Bourbon Street' set that Avion designed, I can tell you that she spent many hours perfecting it, and a great time was had by all.. who would have thought this was in a beach location??!!

Our Country and Western Party was held a few weeks back, i'm sure we had a few peeps making use of the hay bails !!! Look out the door and you can see our landing point

Yes, it's snow on a tropical beach? Is it 'Climate Change, SL Style??? No! It's Chrissy in July, Avion and I are both Aussie, so of course we're going to have an annual Christmas In July!!! We rugged up (or bared all, for our annual party in July, 2011.

Our Pyjama party was a fun time had by all, and no, we didn't all end up in the bed, rather on top of it!! I hope we paid someone else to do the laundry after?!!
