This week on Sunday at 4 pm SLT we don our leotards and capes, or something darker, for Superheroes in the (sshh, Secret!) Batcave. And in the spirit of equality, Supervillains are invited too .... but please leave your antisocial ways at the door. And if you don't have a costume, come as your cunningly disguised everyday self!

This past week we paid tribute to our kittycat friends, in the dual-themed Dolly's (Best Little Cathouse in SL). Their human servants displayed an array of costumes in theme with either meaning of cathouse, dancing to music with a feline and ladies-of-dubious-virtue bent provided by DJ Avion.
For this week's Celtic Sunrise at 5 am SLT Sunday, DJ Qntal will present "Guitar Heroes", featuring some of rock's best guitarists. Last week Qntal entertained us with a beatiful selection of music for the regular end-of-month Love Songs & Lingerie on the Big Bed at Venus Bean.
DJ Bea plays an eclectic mix of rock, blues and jazz on Monday mornings at 9 am SLT. This Monday Bea says " I had this new-to-me album I wanted to play and decided that, since the single from the album made the Top 100 in the year it was released, I would play some other songs that made the Top 100 that year."
DJ Cerydwen continues her journey into the best decades of contemporary music with 80s Night at 5 pm SLT Monday. Lots of favorites, but always something new to discover from the decade that keeps on giving and surprising.
DJ Avion spins tunes old and new, by artists legendary and obscure, when we get beachy for Tiki Toosday at 5 pm SLT. We currently alternate between the VB Pool and Surf's Up, which will be the venue for next Tuesday's event.
DJ Cerydwen presents Hard Rock and Metal Night on Wednesdays at 5 pm SLT, in her latex and leather dungeon. Great music in a perfect setting for an absorbing and compelling genre of music.
This week on Thursday at 5 pm slt, DJ Amber will play a mix of soft rock tunes from the 1970s onwards, covering arguably the best decades of modern music.
