For our featured event of the week at 4 pm SLT Sunday, DJ Avion will slow things down a bit in the elegant environs of Ella's as we gather for our Summer Formal. If your best bib and tucker are at the cleaners, just come as you are.

No one was sari they came to the Taj Mahal last evening. (Ouch! Sorry about that.) Our adventure in India featured DJ Avion's unique and varied array of tunes from, about and evocative of India.

DJ Suzi's Acoustic Sunrise takes a CBGB trip to Avion's Rave Club in an abandoned Rosella's jam factory Sunday at 5 am SLT. The full name of CBGB is CBGB & OMFUG and it's explained here. [And, yes, the full name of CBGB & OMFUG will be on the final exam.] Suzi's oblique Broadway tribute (over)filled the sim for much of the event and set a single-event VB II record for the fourth time in five weeks.

DJ Bea plays an eclectic mix of rock, jazz, and blues every Monday at 9 am SLT. This week, says Bea: " Lots of threefers - Grateful Dead - some Beach Boys you probably don't know - and other good stuff."

DJ JoAnn continues her journey through the best decades of contemporary music with '80s Night at 5 pm SLT Monday. As usual, tons of memorable tunes, plus a few that are likely to be new to you.

DJ Avion spins tunes old and new by artists legendary and obscure when we gather at 5 pm SLT for Tiki Toosday at a variety of locations on the two VB II sims. This week we return to the popular VB II Swimming Pool.

New Kits On The Block - Lyric's Benson and Emmaline

This week a celebration of the Lammas harvest festival has replaced the regular Goth event at 5 pm SLT Wednesday, which has been deferred to Friday night.

DJ Surfer provides the music for Games Night at 5 pm SLT Thursday. On Games Night or any other time, the Games Room, Amusement Park, and nearby airfield and racetrack offer endless activities for individuals, couples, and groups.

DJ JoAnn presents Symphonic & Goth Metal at 5 pm SLT Friday in Madam Lash's House of Pleasure and Pain, in place of its usual Wednesday timeslot. Goth attire is strictly optional.
