On Silks Sunday in the Arabian Nights Pleasure Garden, Alwayz tie-dyed her way to Best in Silks honors. This week's schedule begins with the 9 am SLT Monday Dance Party with DJ Bea. On Tuesday at 5 pm SLT it's DK Avion and Topless Tiki Toosday. At 5 pm SLT Thursday, it's Game Night with DJ Surfer. And at 5 am SLT Friday, Laura and Avion present the Friday Club.
On Sunday at 4 pm SLT there'll be a brand new event in a brand new set, the feline-themed Dolly's (the Best Little Cathouse in Second Life). Lots of options here: be a kitty, bring a kitty, or feel free to explore your inner double entendre. The competition? Best in Cathouse Attire (neko or naughty, make what you will of it).

DJ Bea spun the blues for two hours last night in Avion's set that's dominated by an amazing array of posters. Cool cats Alwayz and Shy tied for Best in Denim honors.
Start off this week at 9 am SLT Monday with DJ Bea's Monday Dance Party. Tuesday and Thursday at 5 pm SLT, DJ Surfer will host Topless Tiki Toosday and Game Night. Laura and Avion present the Friday Club at 5 am SLT. Sunday's theme remains to be determined (TBD).

Our Class of *ahem* 2014 primped for prom night Sunday with DJ Avion, and Sunbeam was voted Prom Queen. This week we dress down in denims for a visit to the Venus Beach Blues Club on Sunday with DJ Bea.
During the week, there's the Monday Dance Party at 9 am SLT, Topless Tiki Toosday, Game Night on Thursday, and the 5 am SLT Friday Club. See you around campus.

With Darth Vader peering down at us, we gathered on the flight deck of a death star hovering above Venus Beach II to celebrate International Star Wars Day (May the Fourth Be With You). Battle droid Noemi was voted Best in Sci Fi with Alwayz and Yoda a close second. Costumes were varied (no duplicates!) and wonderful.
But the "star" of the evening was the 100 meter sphere that Terminatrice Avion spent countless hours fashioning into a death star, replete with an array of flyable spacecraft and detailed interior/exterior décor. Her music and death star dance ball followed the theme as well. A spontaneous "droid chorus line" added to the surreal ambiance.
This week we return to human form for Prom Night on Sunday, preceded by events at 9 am Monday with DJ Bea, Topless Tiki Toosday, Game Night with DJ Surfer, and the 5 am SLT Friday Club.
