Thursday of last week saw another marital celebration, with the third vows renewal of VB II denizens and DJ Le Mew Le Purr partnership Qntal and Shelly Vola.

Congratulations to the "cutest couple"!

Last Sunday evening we attended a Party Dresses event in Ella's, where guests wore a stunning array of elegance while dancing to soft rock by DJ Avion.

For this week's Celtic Sunrise we re-visit the Big Bed at Venus Bean where DJ Shelly  will play "Love Songs and Lingerie", a week later than the traditional last Sunday of the month. Last week DJ Qntal celebrated her own and partner Shelly's birthdays with a lovely selection of music in the Kamp Kanada set.

DJ Bea plays an eclectic set of rock, blues and jazz on Monday mornings at 9 am SLT. This Monday Bea says "I haven't had enough Louisiana music with Mardi Gras, so here is some more - jazz, blues and R&B by Louisiana artists."

DJ JoAnn continues her journey into the best decades of contemporary music with 80s Night at 5 pm SLT Monday. Always lots of favorites, as well as music you've rarely or never heard before.

DJ Avion spins tunes old and new, by artists legendary and obscure, when we gather for Tiki Toosday at 5 pm SLT. We currently alternate between Surf's Up and the VB Pool, which will be the location of next Tuesday's event.

DJ JoAnn presents Symphonic and Goth metal on Wednesdays at 5 pm SLT  in her latex and leather dungeon. Great music in a perfect setting for an oft-overlooked but compelling genre of music.

On Fridays at 5 pm SLT, DJ JoAnn plays a musical theme that often takes place in one of the special venues. This week JoAnn will introduce (some of?) us to the world of auto-eroticism where apparently a gasper is not a cigarette. Last week we visited the ruined castle for a touch of spookiness, where JoAnn played a selection of ghostly music.
