A Magical Evening at Hogwarts

This week on Sunday evening at 4 pm SLT  we enter the realms of wizardry in the Hogwarts Library, where DJ Avion will play music about magic, witchcraft and enchantment. Attire might be a Harry Potter theme, or your own favorite fictional fantasy from literature, screen or any other medium.

Packing the essentials

For this week's Celtic Sunrise at 5 am SLT, DJ Qntal will play Celtic and romantic music in the Arabian Nights setting. Last week DJ Shelly presented the regular end-of-month Love Songs and Lingerie on the Big Bed at Venus Bean.

DJ Bea plays an eclectic set of rock, blues and jazz on Monday mornings at 9 am SLT. This Monday Bea say she has "a very bluesy thing going." Beachy denim? You choose.

DJ JoAnn continues her journey into the best decades of contemporary music with 80s Night at 5 pm SLT Monday. Always lots of favorites, as well as music you've rarely or never heard before.

Nicole and Elane rocked on ... in a different way

DJ Avion spins tunes old and new, by artists legendary and obscure, when we gather for Tiki Toosday at 5 pm SLT. We currently alternate between Surf's Up and the VB Pool, which will be the location of next Tuesday's event.

DJ JoAnn presents Symphonic and Goth metal on Wednesdays at 5 pm SLT  in her latex and leather dungeon. Great music in a perfect setting for an oft-overlooked but compelling genre of music.

On Fridays at 5 pm SLT DJ JoAnn plays a musical theme that often takes place in one of the special venues. This week, JoAnn will present Lammas (the first pagan harvest festival of the year, celebrating the wheat harvest) at the Venushenge site. Last week we "slipped the surly bonds of Earth" and ventured to the stars where JoAnn played music about the planets.
