Ye Reap What Ye Sow to Sew...So to Speak

Next Sunday's 4 pm SLT Harvest Festival presents many possibilities, coming as it does just before U.S. Thanksgiving. The objective is to dress as someone (or something) related to food: sew yourself an outfit of food itself, or dress as a preparer or server, a grower or harvester. Or something else that strikes your imagination as you seek to become Best of the Harvest.

Last evening, DJ Avion fulfilled our musical fantasies with two hours of theme-ish music in the Venus Beach Public Library. Dressed as our favorite characters from fairytales, comics and cartoons, we danced the night away. JoAnn was voted Best Fairytale Character.

DJ Bea's Monday 9 am SLT Dance Party features an eclectic mix of music, this week "kinda bluesy."

DJ JoAnn rocks the beach at 5 pm SLT Monday, drawing from some favorites and a few new-to-you in a radio station listener poll top 1000. A terrific array of tunes.

DJ Avion brings Topless Tiki Toosday back to the popular Venus Beach Swimming Pool this week. Tuesday at 5 pm SLT.

The darker side of DJ JoAnn emerges at Madam Lash's Wednesdays at 5 pm SLT. Featured music is symphonic and goth metal.

Games Night in the Venus Beach Amusement Park features great tunes from DJ Surfer and a variety of games and activities. Thursday at 5 pm SLT.
