The Shops' featured item this week is Adris King's Fable jeans and top set, sized for Belleza (Freya, Isis and Venus), Maitreya, Slink (Hourglass and Physique) and Tonic (Curvy and Fine) for L$120. Includes a HUD with 12 patterns/colors for the top and four colors for the jeans. No classic mesh sizes, and shoes not included.

Blues with Bea at Venus Beat Blues Club Sunday evening featured a wide range of performers and styles. Dames in denim got funky, and so did some others.

Last week saw the second round of Women's Alliance marathon events, this time held at Hot Squirrels and with Venus Beach II excellently represented by DJ Suzi. Some of the Usual Suspects attending were ....

Last Sunday's set was a tribute to "Old Lady" Avion, who turned 10 in SL.

DJ Bea plays an eclectic mix of rock, blues, and jazz Monday mornings at 9 am SLT. This week, says Bea: "60s garage band-based around the recently released collection of Bob Seger Cameo-Parkway singles."

DJ JoAnn continues her journey through the best decades of contemporary music with '80s Night at 5 pm SLT on Monday. As always, lots of memorable tunes, plus a few likely to be new to you.

DJ Avion spins tunes old and new by artists legendary and obscure when we gather for Tiki Toosday at a variety of locations on the two VB II sims. This week we're on the seashore at Surf's Up! tiki bar.

DJ JoAnn presents Symphonic and Goth Metal at Madam Lash's House of Pleasure and Pain at 5 pm SLT Wednesdays. Goth attire is entirely optional.

Fridays at 5 pm SLT DJ JoAnn spins a musical theme that often takes place in one of Avion's clever venues. This week: we go Celtic with the celebration of Mabon (autumnal equinox) at our permanent festival site.
