Party Dresses at Ella's

Our featured event of the week is Pretty Party Dresses at Ella's at 4 pm SLT Sunday. Easy to say, hard to define: party dresses, cocktail dresses, dressy dresses. Best advice: find the dress you'd most like to wear to an elegant party and you'll almost certainly fit in with DJ Avion's slightly slower tempo and the supper club environment.

The Shops' featured item this week is Noho's Tissa slit-sided gown with a six-color HUD, sized for Belleza (Freya, Isis and Venus), eBODY, Maitreya and Slink (Hourglass and Physique) for L$129. No classic mesh sizes, and shoes not included. 

Our annual visit to the good (bad) ship HMS Booty marked Talk Like a Pirate Day Sunday evening. DJ Avion provided themely tunes from the high seas as we made the captive wenches dance for us.

We're hoping DJ Suzi regains her sanity in time to take Acoustic Sunrise to Ella's Sunday at 5 am SLT for Smooth Jazz--last week was crazy! Lingerie is the suggested attire this week but at VB II anything goes.

DJ and host brought "friends" …

DJ Bea plays an eclectic set of rock, blues, and jazz Monday at 9 am SLT. This week, says Bea: "this sorta Caribbean/Latin/Except Where It Isn't thing."

DJ JoAnn continues her journey through the best decades of contemporary music with '80s Night at 5 pm SLT on Monday. As always, lots of memorable tunes, plus a few likely to be new to you.

DJ Avion spins tunes old and new by artists legendary and obscure when we gather at 5 pm SLT for Tiki Toosday at a variety of locations on the two VB II sims. This week we're in the popular VB II Swimming Pool.

DJ JoAnn presents Symphonic and Goth Metal at Madam Lash's House of Pleasure and Pain at 5 pm SLT Wednesdays. Goth attire is entirely optional. 

Fridays at 5 pm SLT DJ JoAnn spins a musical theme that often takes place in one of Avion's clever venues. This week: hair bands...so wear a hair band. Er, no,  it's bands with big hair. But, you can still wear a hair band if you wish.
