Themeless Thunday Debuts

After years of encouraging (but never requiring) themed costumes for our featured event of the week at 4 pm SLT Sunday, this week it's Themeless Thunday! So, come as you are or come as you want to be, but do come join us for chat, giggles, dancing and unthemely tunes from DJ Avion. No need to think too hard about what to wear this week...

The Shops' featured item of the week is Adris King's Yara corset, in Belleza (Freya, Isis and Venus), Maitreya and Slink (Hourglass and Physique), for L$120 (boots not included).

We wore Pretty Party Dresses at Ella's Sunday evening, and DJ Avion slowed the tempo to soft rock to fit the theme and environment.

DJ Suzi's '90s playlist this week is an homage to her own teens and host Kitten's club-going days. Join us at 5 am Sunday for Acoustic Sunrise in the abandoned Rosella jam factory.

DJ Bea plays an eclectic set of rock, blues, and jazz Monday at 9 am SLT. This week, says Bea: "I am going to my high school reunion, so we are going to have songs from my senior year." [You can figure out the answer to the unasked question by dropping by to hear the music.]

DJ JoAnn continues her journey through the best decades of contemporary music with '80s Night at 5 pm SLT on Monday. As always, lots of memorable tunes, plus a few likely to be new to you.

DJ Avion spins tunes old and new by artists legendary and obscure when we gather at 5 pm SLT for Tiki Toosday at a variety of locations on the two VB II sims. This week we're at Neon Palms in the VB II Cave.

DJ JoAnn presents Symphonic and Goth Metal at Madam Lash's House of Pleasure and Pain at 5 pm SLT Wednesdays. Goth attire is entirely optional.

Fridays at 5 pm SLT DJ JoAnn spins a musical theme that often takes place in one of Avion's clever venues. This week: don't worry, be happy...it's Songs That Make You Smile as we celebrate World Smile Day.
