Pretty Party Dress at Ella's

Our featured event of the week is Pretty Party Dresses at Ella's at 4 pm SLT Sunday. Easy to say, hard to define: party dresses, cocktail dresses, dressy dresses. Best advice: find the dress you'd most like to wear to an elegant party and you'll almost certainly fit in with DJ Avion's slightly slower tempo and the supper club environment.

Our celebration of Pride Month last evening saw us gather on the Village People set, many of us sporting pride colors. We chatted and danced to DJ Avion's music by LGBTQ artists.

DJ Suzi's Acoustic Sunrise at 5 am SLT Sunday will be our monthly visit to Ella's where the featured attractions will be smooth jazz and lingerie. 

DJ Bea plays an eclectic mix of rock, blues, and jazz every Monday at 9 am SLT. This week, says Bea: " Going folkie again today - lots of 1960s stuff - plenty of Peter, Paul and Mary and early Gordon Lightfoot."

DJ JoAnn continues her trip through the best decades of contemporary music Monday at 5 pm SLT with '70s Night. As usual, tons of memorable hits, and always a few that are likely to be new to you.

DJ Avion spins tunes old and new by artists legendary and obscure when we gather for Tiki Toosday at 5 pm SLT at a variety of locations on the two Venus Beach sims. This week it's the popular VB II Swimming Pool.

On Wednesday at 5 pm SLT we'll forego our weekly visit to Madam Lash's to join DJ JoAnn in celebrating the Solstice @ Venushenge. [see construction in progress at bottom of this week's blog entry]

DJ Surfer provides the music for Games Night at 5 pm SLT Thursday. On Games Night or any other time the Games Room, Amusement Park, and nearby airfield and racetrack offer endless activities for individuals, couples, and groups.

Friday at 5 pm SLT DJ Shellly fills in for JoAnn to spin a musical theme that often takes place in one of Avion's clever sets. This week it's Cops 'n' Robbers.
